RIGHT TO RACE KEY ART

CLIENT

Discovery+ Sport

DESCRIPTION

I worked for Discovery+ Sport to create the digital key art and show title logo for the Right To Race documentary, which was used across their streaming platforms to promote the film.

DURATION

3 Days

ROLE

Graphic Designer

The documentary follows running talent Dominic on his inspiring journey, discovered as a 15 year old orphan in Nairobi, travelling to Switzerland to meet his coach and friend Markus Hagmann, to eventually making it into the Olympic Games.

The key art I designed had to fit within a variety of different specs so that it could work on any sized device, but the existing image I was given was too zoomed in to work with. To get around this issue, I carefully cut around the talent and descretley added his chest and head to the legs of another running photo I sourced from Getty. I then placed this in front of a background I found which closely matched the original image background, and graded everything to make the shot look natural.
